Ionic screen doesn’t respond to touch

Hello Folks,

My Fitbit Ionic Adidas edition has an issue with touch screen. The screen doesn’t respond to touch. Nothing helps. Tried to reset, made a factory reset, updated firmware. Checked an info in different forums, found only one solution- to by a new watch and make sure it is not Fitbit. Unfortunately. Any ideas? Thanks

  1. On the Ionic, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. ...
  2. When the static logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration.

Fitbit sent me a replacement watch for similar issues. In the process of setting up the replacement it did the exact same thing. Completely dead, but fully charged.  They obviously sent a manufactured one. Their response is a 35% off coupon.
