Hello Folks,
My Fitbit Ionic Adidas edition has an issue with touch screen. The screen doesn’t respond to touch. Nothing helps. Tried to reset, made a factory reset, updated firmware. Checked an info in different forums, found only one solution- to by a new watch and make sure it is not Fitbit. Unfortunately. Any ideas? Thanks

Fitbit sent me a replacement watch for similar issues. In the process of setting up the replacement it did the exact same thing. Completely dead, but fully charged. They obviously sent a manufactured one. Their response is a 35% off coupon.
