Ionic screen fading

I've had my ionic for 3 years. Last few weeks I've noticed the screens are blessing into each other and facing to a point where I cannot read the information fully. Is this a known issue and what will fitbit do regarding a replacement after such a long time? Thank you.

  1. Restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
