Ionic screen hangs off by a wire

Fitbit assistance needed
 
I hope you will replace my fitbit ionic.  This is the second one I have purchased.
 
The first one fell off my wrist the first week I had it.
The second one stopped charging, it was replaced August 12 2018 and is this one, which just fell apart as the photos show.
 
I can not afford to purchase another ionic.

This is my 3rd Fitbit Ionic in 3 years to malfunction or fall apart.  The best they will do is give me a 25% discount on another Ionic.  Really - Seriously?  I only had this one since August 12, 2018.  SMH.

I'm very sorry to hear that, and am not sure what to add beyond what was stated on your thread yesterday. You could try re-contacting support and see if they can do anything beyond what was already offered.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

I contacted support again.  They once again offered 25% off the purchse of my third Ionic in 2 years.  No thanks.  No replacement.  The Ionic is now $200.  I originally paid $300. for my first one.  Then $150 for the replacement that fell off my arm at one week of ownership.  I don't see any reason to purchase another when the screen fell off and is not cracked.  Obviously there is a workmanship issue.

 

Ionic bands not staying together, Ionics not taking a charge, and now, faces falling off the device hanging by a wire and you can see the board.  No, I won't purchase a third.  Ionic and Fitbit needs to do much better customer service and Quality Control when issues such as this occur.  Nanette Faccilonga.

Same response.  Purchase a new ionic with a paltry 25% discount. That  would be me purchasing 3 ionics in less than 2 years.  NO.!!!  Fitbit has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & QUALITY ASSURANCE / CONTROL.  What other company allows this type of workmanship?
