My device has gone blank. Black screen no flashing green lights. App says fully charged. Last time saw screen on 753PM..I was checking time. It is now 5 hrs later. Factory reset not working.

Same thing happened to me today. Went through help chat.....they said they will email me warranty options. I guess its dead?
