My fitbit screen has gone black I have tried to reset and the logo comes up for a second and then everything goes black

Best AnswerSeems like ionic is dying this week. a lot of post about this issue in the past few days. Mine has flatlined today too (so sad)
Mine is over 3 yrs old .. i hope fitbit still gives a replacement because i am not liking the look of the new versa 3
Best Answer@Jdsenter I'm all for right to repair but I think this is a firmware issue rather than hardware. The screens are easy to replace though. I usually order screens for mobiles and stuff online and fix them myself but it seems you only get Ionic screens from China, as Fitbit don't sell spares. We know how long that takes and there's no guarantee its even a good replacement.
