Ionic screen is blank

This morning my Fitbit Ionic stopped working screen is blank.  Any suggestions on how to restart?

A warm welcome to the Community @AFJohn. A restart should work for the Ionic blank screen, you're getting. To do so: 

 

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds
  2. Let go of the buttons

I have a blank screen too. But pushing the back and bottom button does nothing.  I have it charging but nothing.  It was fine thismorning but now nothing
