Ionic screen is blank

I dropped my Ionic when I was taking it off and now the screen is dark and I can't get it to come back on. I have tried holding the back button down and still nothing.

I didn't drop mine, but the screen is blank. I have it plugged into the charger but nothing's showing.

It is so frustrating. It vibrates but nothing shows up on the screen.

You could try a reset, i think its hold "back" and "bottom" buttons until it resets, other than that it needs replacing

Since you've tried restarting your Ionic but the screen is still not working. I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you through email.
