Ionic screen is not responding correctly

In the running app I press start and nothing happens for awhile then it finally starts. I pause to stop, bottom right hand corner, and the top right hand corner lights up and it goes to settings. Anyone know how to fix this calibration problem

I performed this numerous times to no avail. I also did a factory reset,
and still the issue persists. I have taken very good care of this watch and
I did not have a single issue with it until I participated in the Field
Test Dragon. A week into the field test the problems began and I have not
found any solution. Presently, I am disappointed by this outcome, for I've
sung the praises of my ionic, but now I am growing increasingly frustrated.
