Ionic will not connect to GPS

When going for a walk or bike ride my Ionic (just purchased (my 3rd one) will not connect to GPS. It's always searching. All mapping on. Fitbit always sync'd with iphone. Mapping works with google maps and maps apps.

@BrunoSydney   Have you tried restarting your Ionic?  Press and hold the bottom right and the back buttons until the Fitbit logo appears.

 

I am also moving this thread to the Ionic forum.  This is a device issue, not an iOS issue.  I do not wear an Ionic and you might get more help in the Ionic forum.

 

If this Ionic has never connected, then you should contact Support.
