Two Ionics have stopped working

bought two watches in two years in a row both have died with a year each not happy with them at all.

I appreciate that you mentioned you've had two Ionics that have stopped working. I would like you to provide me with more details about what you've experienced with them. Is the display working? my ionic display also stopped working.

it is not tracking my steps or sleep.

i can see it syncing on my iphone.

it was just up dated to version 70.7.27

i was hoping that would fix it.. it did not.

 

i miss my ionic...
i like the GPS feature when i go for bike rides.
i miss that it is not tracking my sleep/naps.

I tried to factory reset the ionic... no joy
i tried to removing the iconic from my phone and reattach.. no joy.

 

i still get the alerts that the battery is low.
i charge it up, but i don't get the fitbit logo on the ionic.

i still get the vibration alerts when i get a message or phone call.

 

i prefer the ionic over my iwatch.

no they do nothing there totally dead there no trouble shooting them at all.Sent on my Boost Mobile Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.

Currently waiting on my 4th replacement.  Very frustrating.

whywould I buy another one when I already spent 300 between the other two that's just a joke already have 300 go down the tubes not spending more for another 150 bucks should have a better warranty to them than a two years warranty should cover the replacement of a new one.Sent on my Boost Mobile Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.

It started with the GPS stopping for me, so reported it and was told I need to make sure my GPS was turned on my phone as it needs this, but they were talking about a Versa, even though i pointed out I have the Ionic. Since then no response from them and now it is completely dead, tried a hard reset to see if this would bring it back with 80% battery, flashed up 0% and shut down, now will not show anything, charged for days, cleaned and tried again. Will not start up no matter what I read and try to do. I too miss the cycle tracking, the sleep mode and alarm was great. Really like the look and feel of it compared to many. But the reports since the last update and lack of acknowledgement of any problems if terrible service and will sadly be looking for an alternative brand.
