Ionic screen not responding

My ionic screen is not responding. Screen basically just dims and does not respond to any type of swiping. Home screen, exercise screen or alarm screen.  Even after shutting down the ionic by pressing the left and two right buttons the issue does not resolve.

In addition to restarting your Watch, please set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1641343675687.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
