I did the most recent update and the fitbit started randomly vibrating and showing a black screen. The fitbit stopped working completely. It has a black screen and does not respond. I have left it on the charger for 24 hours.
I paid $250 and it has lasted 18 months. I do not want 25% off a new device, I want the device that I paid for to work.
