Ionic screen not working properly

my screen isn’t working correctly. It is showing lines or in some cases nothing. I’ve restarted it many times. I bought it in mid April.

Only other option left is to do a full reset and set it up again. Worth a try but not guaranteed to fix your issue. Before doing a factory reset contact support ASAP as it's still under warranty, so probably needs replacing. Be aware that any new device is only warranty covered for the original 12 month time frame.

Which is interesting to say the least.

@tracylynnhaag Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Since you've tried restarting your watch already, I recommend changing a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
