Hi there
My fit bit screen just died on me.. It seemed to be going less bright if that makes sense and suddenly just blank.
I didn't use it long ..
What can I do
I see fitbit doesnot have a repair centre
Who can fix these?
Cell phone stores? Anyone had any luck?

Press all 3 buttons for 15-20secs whilst on the charger. This "may" bring the device back to life?

I had the same problem. Pressing all 3 buttons solved it. Thanks!

Pushed all three buttons for 10-15 sec...didn't work, did this while charging....didn't work. Iconic is still charged and im getting the vibrating notifications, it's still syncing with my phone. Just screen light...went dim and dimmer and now nothing. Suggestions?

"Suggestions?"
Looks like an unrecoverable fault. If out of warranty your likely out of luck, unless you get some goodwill from Fitbit as we di with the wife's Versa. It was replaced with no receipt/purchase document. Similar fault - no screen other than a dim gray backlight when the display should be lighting up. Was replaced in January. I still occasionally charge it up and try and get the display working. Other than that it's in perfect order.
Lol!
