Ionic screen wake isn't working

Wrist motion does not awaken Ionic... found info that says swipe right to left on clock face, but there is no right to left swipe.

Hold in left button a few seconds.   If needed, swipe right to get to 'Screen Wake'.  Tap to toggle between auto and manual.  You want auto.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I am sorry for the delay in respond. I was able to see here that our friend @JohnnyRow provided some instructions in order to fix this screen wake issue. Was this the answer you were looking for?
