Hi

 

Is there a way where I can keep my watch face on show at all times rather than it fading to black after 10 seconds?

 

It would be useful for me when on runs to see my progress without having to keep tapping the screen

I think, there is no such option in the watch settings to keep the screen awake at all times. You should be able to look at the watch just by turning your wrist. This is what I do ( at least when it works 🙂 ). When running this should be relatively easy ( other activities not necessarily as they may simply involve more complex hand movements ).
