new to fitbit and need help please 🙂

cant use ionic until update is complete.  Doing this with bluetooth but it never completes????

@lamontS Welcome to the Community. It's best to update your Ionic by WiFi connection rather than attempting by Bluetooth.

 

If you need to set the connection up, go in to your app dashboard, tap the account icon top right, select your Ionic from the list of devices on your account, scroll down and tap on WiFi settings and tap on add network to set it up. 

 

If you are already set up all you have to do is pop your Ionic on the charger to initiate the WiFi connection keeping it close to your router and phone / tablet and run the firmware update again.
