Ionic screen

Today my ionic screen looked very bitty then the screen faded away into nothing. Now the screen has come back on but everything is blue, no other colour. It’s less than two years old and I am very disappointed. I use my Fitbit  the time but if they don’t fix it I will go elsewhere! Can anyone advise how to fix it?

This is a known behavior that many Ionics are going to exhibit. In short, there is no solution and fitbit will not acknowledge the problem. Basically, in the next few days/weeks it will stop working and there is nothing that we can do to solve. Mine exhibited the exact same behavior as you described. Also, unfortunately, this post will be removed because fitbit is trying to "hide" all related problems.

thank you for this. I am appalled that this is the case from fitbit. They had such a good reputation with customers last year. I shall not be replacing my fitbit if this is the case and will post all over social media. if they remove this post I shall keep reposting.

I am pleased to say they are going to replace my ionic. It’s on its way. Took a little while but they have acknowledged that it’s faulty so I can complain as long as it arrives!
