I have two laptops. Both had IONIC installed with steps and sleep showing. My cell phone showed the same data,. I suddenly lost steps and sleep from Laptop L and the cell phone. I could not find how to turn the steps and sleep data back on so I decided to reinstall IONIC on laptop L 

 

I tried Set up a device on Laptop L. The WIFI was not recognized so IONIC was not reloaded.

 

Then I lost IONIC on Laptop R. I reinstalled it using Set up a device. The WIFI was recognized and all data was returned. I used the same procedures on Laptop L but again the WIFI was not recognized.and IONIC was not restored.

 

Both laptops  are next to the WIFI and had been operating the same. 

1. Why did IONIC data go bad on Laptop L and cell phone and not on Laptop R.

2. Why did IONIC disappear from Laptop R?

3. How do I get IONIC back on Laptop L with proper data on it and the cell phone?

A quick add-on. I tried one more time on the Laptop L. Again no WIFI recognized. 

However, when I went back to Dashboard I found the IONIC loaded and synced but no steps loaded and still unable to get sleep data.  Cell phone stuck on Calories....no steps.
