I've had my Ionic device for about 6 months now, and while it has occasionally had syncing issues in the past, removing it and setting it up as a new device always fixed it. This time, however, the setup process does not work. I enter the 4 digits on the display and it takes about 5 minutes to "finish up" before taking me to the "Not Working?" screen automatically. How can I get my Ionic to actually set up on my account again?

I would like you to try the steps mentioned on this article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?. Also, can you let me know which mobile device are you using?

Thank you for getting back @EdBoy21. I apologize for the delay reply. I would like to know if your Ionic hasn't been set up to your account? Is it syncing normally to your account?
