hi, I have a few issues and wondering if anyone could help out with advice, I purchased my Ionic about 6 days ago and set it up, all went well for first 3-4 days, was very impressed as had never used a fitbit before, the yesterday afternoon I noticed some issue started to occur
1.screen went dull and heart rate stopped reading, also ould not swipe to menu screen etc
2.Pushed the main button and the Fitbit logo came on screen and couldn't remove it at all for 30min, it was just frozen, I managed to get it back working but screen very dull and still no heart rate (I did go to settings etc and check brightness and heart rate was on and it was all the same no matter what I had it on) also no green light on the back
3.I took Fitbit home and tried to turn off/shut down etc but no luck, I put on charge for 30min and it started working again (although it was on about 70% before this)
4.woke in morning at 430am for my run/gym, fitbit had tracked my sleep so all good
5.halfway through some weights fitbit vibrated and Logo came up on screen and froze again for about 2min, after pushing some buttons it started working again but id lost my workout tracking
6.fitbit started to work again, I restarted my workout, then once home from gym lost the green light and heart rate tracking again and also the screen once again very dull and screen also would not work
7.currently at work and have given it another charge and so far so good but the last 24hrs have not defiantly not been normal
any advice would be great

I see that you have already tried the restarting of the Fitbit..
I would suggest restarting again, shutting it down for a while (5 or 10 mins) and starting it up again.
If you have problems doing this, please Contact support so they can assist you further. Sounds like an internal issue within the Fitbit.

Did you updated the Ionic at the latest firmware version (27.31.1.16)?
