My Fitbit keeps asking for me to calibrate even after I just did. Why?

@Rpags Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic is asking you to calibrate it.

I would like you to confirm you've calibrated it by plugging in your Ionic and setting it on a flat surface. Once you've completed this, perform a restart or shutting it down. After you've completed the calibration you should see a green check mark and this should prevent you from seeing the prompt moving forward.

Let me know the outcome.

Hi, thank you for getting back to me and your advice. I have done everything you mentioned more then once. I got the check mark more then once also but it keeps going back to asking me to calibrate. It’s on my watch right now. I have noticed on clock face that it’s not showing my heart rate, and then it is. This watch is less then a year old.

Please advise
