My Fitbit keeps asking for me to calibrate even after I just did. Why?

Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic is asking you to calibrate it.
I would like you to confirm you've calibrated it by plugging in your Ionic and setting it on a flat surface. Once you've completed this, perform a restart or shutting it down. After you've completed the calibration you should see a green check mark and this should prevent you from seeing the prompt moving forward.
