Hey everyone.

 

went for my usual 5km run today and despite me knowing it took 30 minutes and my 400m sectional pace averages clearly being above 5.37, it has given me a time of around 28 mins with an overall average pace of 5.37.

 

it looks like it has taken my 5.37 pace of the first 400m block and appied that as the average pace of the whole run (despite clearly showing that it was above 5.37).

 

any help would be great

I appreciate that you got in touch about this. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

I would like you to restart your Ionic and check if you're getting the same information on your online Dashboard. Once you've restarted it, please try to record another workout.
