I have had my ionic for about 6 months and have now noticed that for no apparent reason the time is not correct.
For or the last two days it consistently loses time regardless of battery strength.
Really disappointing..... please advise what can be done to resolve this.

To change time and date on your device, please follow the instructions on this help article.
If after following this steps you're still unable to change the time and date on your tracker, please try restarting it and following the steps one more time.

Thank you for responding, I do know how to adjust time and date. My concern lies in the fact that the Ionic does not maintain the correct time and continuously loses time even when the battery is fully charged.
