Ionic shut down and won’t restart

My Ionic shut down and won’t restart. I’ve tried holding in buttons to restart but nothing happens. This watch is one month out of warranty!

 

UPDATE!

I had an online chat with someone very helpful that has arranged for a replacement to be sent to me.

 

Many thanks Fitbit, great customer service.
