Finally all set up. Yew haw! 1.How do i shut down or turn it off. Don't see it any where. 2. How do i delete text or notes from my ionic? I see them come up an i have lots there every now an then.
Hmm you also pasted this on the back of somebodies thread.. regardless.
1) On watch keep swiping left until you see the settings app. Select it, scroll.down to about, select.it, scroll.down the shutdown. Select it.
2) You mean notifications? Just swipe the notifications away. Or you can delete all notifications with the option at the bottom.
Hope this helps.
FitAlexS, your information regarding shutdown was incorrect. You have to swipe left access the settings app then access the about options from there you scroll down to shutdown. Why on earth would shutdown be in the about section beats me and is totally counterintuitive. Another bothersome problem with the ionic. I had my hopes up for this watch but I am being disappointed by the issues it appears to be having. i am hoping some updates come through to fix all current issues with it.
I actually have finally made the decision to return my Ionic and select a new tracker. It took me a good 5 minutes to figure out how to shut down the watch.
In regards to the notifications, all you have to do from your main screen is swipe up from the bottom and select "Clear All".

That's a pretty weak rationale for a return.

That is interesting. The set up process took less than 10 minutes for mine, including the firmware update after it was set up. But, that was a long 10 minutes out of my busy schedule.

That's a first. Different person responded giving a completely different reason. So dumb.
Best AnswerI followed her processes and it worked for me... It really wasnt frustrating at all. Don't you have the option to return it? if such little uncontrollable stuff upsets you soooo much maybe start off with a regular watch... Or do those get under your skin too?
