Ionic started crashing after update installed

My fitbit Ionic has started crashing after update installed, now the screen is sometimes blank, sometimes blue, sometimes fullof vertical lines.

The alarms set themselves and go off, the screen won't scroll via the buttons or touch and I've done the reset by holding the back button for 10 seconds, I've also tried the back button and the bottom right button holding them at the same time and nothing has worked.
