Ionic stats not showing on Home sreen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Starting yesterday, my Ionic shows no steps, no stairs, no calories on the home screen.  If I switch to the “today” screen the stats show up, and they show up on the app as well.  Just not showing on the home screen.  Tried shutting down and that didn’t help, nor did manually syncing with the app.

Try resetting the Ionic.  Press the single button on one side of the device and at the same time press the lower button on the other side.  Hold the buttons for about 15 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears.  You may have to do this three times.  It may well resolve the problem.

Thanks very much for your help, John.  Your suggestion is right on the mark.  However, FYI, the procedure you describe is a Restart.  A Reset is a completely different animal.

You're right!  Thanks for the clarification so I don't repeat my mistake in future posts.  Re-starting cures many "ills" with Fitbits.

Ah ha!  This is the problem I'm having.  The restart didn't fix it.

I believe you have a clock face problem.  Try installing a different clock face.  You can always return to the one you have if you want to.

If your problem is truly like the poster above--that is, OK on Today Screen and OK in App but missing from clock face, you also should try a different clock face.

thank you!  That fixed it.

Thanks.  I installed a new clock face and then reinstalled my old one and the stats appeared!

I had the same problem. I installed a new clock face, and was asked to grant it permissions, and it all worked fine, so I suspect the old clockface didn't have the permission. Now, if I could remember what the old one was called, I could try going back! 🙂
