Ionic stats

Hi all, my partner and I both use Ionics, we walk / run together with pretty much matching strides, however the stats vary considerably on distance and steps!

We've  tried setting the stride lengths both manually and on auto, nothing changes?

Any suggestions on how to rectify this?

This happens to me and my wife as well...she tells me I need to have a less bouncy gait  🙂
