Ionic stop working

My Ionic has stopped working. The face shows no numbers--only the amount of power left and date. Can you please advise? TY

Seems odd that your device is showing the amount of power left and date only. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your device with the instructions from our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
