Is anyone else encountering this issue? I am on my 2nd Ionic, as the first was replaced by Fitbit. I still have the issue where about once a week it will just stop counting steps. I am not using GPS exercise, just using it to count steps. Today 1 week after my replacement Ionic showed up, I notice on my morning walk that it too had stop counting steps. I have had multiple Fitbit products, and by far this is the worst one yet. I received the Ionic as a Christmas gift this past December, and it is only May and already having issues with the second one. I would get rid of it, but the only options I have is 50% of another product, or get a replacement. Definitely a quality problem, and their customer service is far from helpful.
