I've been connecting my Fitbit ionic with my Samsung note 8 for a year now with no problem. Until today, all of sudden, the tracker wouldn't sync anymore. After multiple attempts of following the troubleshooting, it synced only after being removed & added back to the device & then stopped syncing again. Any idea what might cause the issue? Thanks for your help.

It's pretty weird that your Ionic stopped syncing with your Samsung Note 8. In this case, I would like you to confirm you've tried this troubleshooting. If you have tried it but your Ionic is still not syncing, please let me know the OS of your Android device, this can help me further investigate why your watch might not be syncing to your phone.
