Hello @Bandabee thanks for letting me know that, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your Ionic prior posting. To better assist you, can you please let me know if you're not receiving our Sleep Stages graphs but you're receiving simplified auto-sleep information? Or by any chance, you're not receiving sleep information at all? Also, which mobile device are you currently using? In the meantime I receive your answers, make sure that the Fitbit app, mobile device software and Ionic firmware are up to date.
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hello @Bandabee thanks for your reply and update, it's a pleasure to continue assisting you today.
Seems odd that your Ionic suddenly stop tracking your sleep. To rectify this situation, please try the following steps:
1. Manually sync your device.
2. Restart the Fitbit
3. Try sleeping with the Ionic on your non-dominant hand.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be here if you need further assistance.

Hello guys! It's a pleasure to continue providing assistance with your Ionic devices, my apologies for the delay in responding. Welcome to the Community Forums @melissab41596. Thanks for your reply and update @Bandabee.
@melissab41596 Same as per previously posted, to better assist you, can you please let me know if you're not receiving our Sleep Stages graphs but you're receiving simplified auto-sleep information? Or by any chance, you're not receiving sleep information at all? Also, which mobile device are you currently using? In the meantime I receive your answers, make sure that the Fitbit app, mobile device software and Ionic firmware are up to date.
@Bandabee Thanks for taking into consideration the previously posted. I recommend you to manually log the sleep data to reflect the time slept in your account. For more information and details please check: How do I change my sleep history? and let me know how it goes.
I'll be around.
Best Answer@melissab41596 Do you still have you problem? As I am having the exact same problem. The sleep stages and the heart rate graph have both stopped working on the fitbit app. It used to work but just worked from July 1st.
My sleep and heart rate have both stopped working on my Fitbit Ionic watch and app, as of 07/05 morning. everything else works and will sync after several tries.
I have had this style Fitbit for 7 months with little to no issues and now the 2 features I rely on the most are not working at all.
Best AnswerTo be precise, for me, the Minutes in Heart Rate Zone graph is showing the information, but the Resting Heart Rate is not. The resting bbm is also missing in the fitbit app dashboard.

Best AnswerA factory reset is terriblely inconvenient.
Just chiming in, my detailed sleep stopped working 2 weeks ago, simple sleep only since. This may have cionsided with a watch software update but I can't remember.
Any fix coming for this issue from Fitbit?
Best AnswerMine started doing the same thing about 3 nights ago. I restarted my Ionic and restored my iOS Fitbit app from the cloud. It’s still not recording my sleep accurately.
Best AnswerMy device stopped tracking sleep, steps and heart rate too.
The long and short of it is as follows...
1. If you have a faulty device, like most of us do, you need to contact support and hope you’re under warranty. If you’re under warranty, you stand some chance of getting a device replacement. The support simply tell you to factory rest the device and hope for the best. If that fails, you might get sent a replacement.
2. If you’re out of warranty, you’re going to get a discount at best. A discount on another device that will fail in time, and then repeat the circle of frustrating Fitbit life...
Good luck!
