Ionic stopped tracking stats

Hi

I noticed today that my ionic wasn't recording anything.

So I did a stop / reset, which didn't do anything.

I then did a factory reset, and it has again updated to 27.72.1.9.

but its still not recording anything - steps, heart rate 

the green heart rate light is showing.

 

Any suggestions  ?

I just rechecked the app

it hasn't been recording anything since the 18th and heart rate since the 16th.
