Ionic stopped working

Ionic turned off and now it does not charge. Can't turn on. Tied cleaning, tried new charger, tried different outlet.

Hi @WhipetTangoFoxt, great to see you in the community.

 

I don't think this will work, but it's worth giving a restart a try by following the steps here. From the sounds of it you have already tried all other troubleshooting steps.

 

If the restart doesn't work I would recommend contacting customer support to discuss whatever warranty options might be available to you.
