Ionic was having syncing issue and I had tried everything but it just wont sync to my google pixel . then read somewhere to do a factory reset on watch . I did that and everything seem to be going on well with the update when it suddenly died . it had 90% charge and was on charging . No clue what to do .
This a replacement piece which i got 2 months back as my original one had issues with heart monitor and steps tracker .customer care says they cant help me with it as they don't offer warranty on replacement products and since the warranty on original is up by 2 months . I am on my own . they don't even have a department where you can pay and get it fixed .
I feel cheated and in a fix what to do
