Fitbit Ionic user, happy user.
Probably no longer news since the forum has never been this active.
Firmware 27.70.714
Huawei P30 Pro: Android 9
Everything was working fine till we got the update.
First it stopped tracking steps. Restarted it, seems to work better. Battery was draining a lot faster.
Suddenly it stopped tracking again.
Restarted the device, everything was ok. In meanwhile battery was down to 20% so decided to charge.
100% at 11pm; went to sleep, got up at 7am; didn't track anything (no sleep, no steps)
Battery was down to like 15%.
First time in over a year i just left it home.
I understand this can happen, but can't you do a rollback?
The product is unuseable at this moment, even as a normal watch i have to charge it twice a day.
Thanks for a quick solution.

@AnthonyDP84 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your watch.
Currently, it's not possible to go back to the previous firmware version. It's not normal that your Ionic's battery isn't lasting as expected. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they will continue assisting you through email.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
