Ionic just stopped. Having looked at this forum/web it’s a wonder they are still being sold they appear so unreliable. Very disappointed in the corporate response. Get your Cheque book out Fitbit!

I would love to help you and not leave you with this experience, I would like you to provide me with more details about what you're experiencing and I can provide you with the correct troubleshooting. Is your Ionic's display not working? Is your Ionic syncing?
