So I have a replacement ionic after my last one refused to work. I wear mine daily without it enduring any undue stresses etc but it started with a dull screen that I couldn't adjust despite looking on the forums for a solution. Then the screen stopped scrolling. Then it won't charge at all.
I have been a loyal customer for a few years now and customer service has always been quite good. I have left posts on here and emailed customer support and on twitter and nothing.
There is obviously an issue with the ionic which isn't being sorted. I really like the ionic too, so very disappointed
