Ionic stopped working

My Iconic died a few months ago. I was swimming in my sister in-laws pool and when I came out my screen was blank. I tried charging it but nothing work. I called support and we messed around trying to get to work and 

nothing helped. I noticed the underside of the watch where the sensors are were fogged up. Very frustrating. I had the iconic for two years and wanted to replace it with a new one but they are one the website. Very disappointed. I was given a 30% discount on only select smart watched and the higher end Fitbits I was not able to use the discount. I bought the most expensive fit it and you think they could let me use it on the new Sense but alas not to be.

I see where your frustration is coming from. The option given by our Support team is based in the Fitbit Warranty, if you have any questions about the discount, please reply back to the case that you have with them.
