I didn’t use my ionic for several months and now it will not charge even after being plugged in all night. Other threads suggest letting it charge longer or trying to reset with various button combinations. None of that has worked. Can this be remedied?

I have a similar problem. When the battery fall to ZERO %, then is almost iomppossible to restart again. It happens me in two ocassion, and only after many tried charging I eas able to restart. However now I cannot restart.
Moreover there is not a place wher find which botton is needed to push for re-sart

The other roblem is that FITBITT give no solutions to customers. It is impossible to contact directly by email to a suuport service.
