Please can anyone help? My ionic completely died a couple of weeks ago. I gave been unable to charge it/reset it/switch it on. Does anyone have any ideas on how to rectify please? Thank you in advance

I have the same problem, this is the second time that this happened to me, the first time it was within my warranty time and I contacted Fitbit and they replaced it for me, now my replacement also just died, and they won't replace it for me. Maybe try to contact them if you are still within your warranty time otherwise they will just tell you, you aren't eligible for a replacement. I am very unhappy with all the Fitbits I have owned as every one of them has stopped working after two years.
