Ionic stopped working

So my Ionic just died after about two years and all Fitbit said was basically, "so sad, time for a new one." Anyone else have this problem? Thought there'd be a little more to it than that.

It has happen to me too.  I was thinking I might need a new charger cable, but maybe not.

I had this happen to me recently as well. But mine did power back up after a while. I let it just sit for a couple of days, placed it on a charger, and just allowed it to charge for 24 hours. When I came back to it, it had powered back on. I figured it was just an issue with the firmware. Maybe give this an attempt?

Thanks.  I got it out, and it did charge this time.  I had some issues for it to sync with the app, but after following instructions concerning those issues it seems to be working!! Thanks.
