I wont be buying another Fitbit. I’ve had two ionic and both have tanked. I bought my fiancé a Versa 2 and the screen has gone blank and it’s less than a year old!

@Bricabracwizard I hope you're doing well.
Sorry to hear about this. You don't provide too much information about the issues your Fitbit Ionics have. Did you try any troubleshoots? At least for the Versa 2 I have more information so I suggest you restart it by following these instructions.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I did post my concerns with both of my Fitbit ionics but all the remedies did not work.
The blank screen on Versa 2 happened because my fiancé dropped it. Holding the in the button doesn’t reset it. Is there a repairer I can take/send it too? Or is it cheaper to buy a new watch?
Thanks,
Michael.

@Unlock Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
I suggest you restart your Ionic. You can find the instructions in my first post in this thread. Also make sure that it is fully charged.
Hope this helps.
