Ionic stuck in open screen

I try to open my ionic after 9 months and make restart every time,it's open and then stuck in open screen and after 1 minute close and open again. I have 4 smartwatch and only this make problem why I paid 250 euro

@Spec1908 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

Since you haven't used your Ionic in 9 months, I would like you to try the tips mentioned in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
