Ionic stuck on Fitbit icon

Respectable community,

despite the app recognizing my ionic, and syncing is on, my ionic is stuck on the fitbit symbol. I have to say that I have previously brought my ionic back to factory settings.

Syncing with your computer works, but with each turn it remains the fitbit symbol and if you touch the touch it doesn't work. It remains the fitbit symbol on the watch and nothing happens.
