Ionic stuck on logo after sync issues / factory reset

Fitbit stopped syncing over bluetooth.  Tried rebooting the fitbit.  Rebooted the phone.  Uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  Shut off bluetooth on my phone for 10 seconds and started it back up.  Unpaired the fitbit from my phone.  Bluetooth can't even find it.  Unpaired the fitbit from my account.  App was unable to find the fitbit.  Tried a factory reset, now the fitbit is stuck on the logo screen.

I finally got it to reboot after the fifth attempt.  The app still won't find the fitbit, though.  I think the bluetooth is dead in it.
