When I woke up this morning, my FitBit watch face said "Clock not found" or something similar. When I tried to reload it from either my phone or laptop, the FitBit was found and the days data downloaded, but the clock face did not load and all I could see was the steps, HR etc data.
I've tried a reset, and now the face is flashing the FitBit dot logo and nothing else. From my laptop, a message said to try to reinstall...that did not work, and my FitBit stopped showing up in my Bluetooth menu.
Any ideas what's going on...or, better yet, how to fix it? Thanks in advance, M
