Ionic stuck

The clock is working but the Ionic is stuck at 1,338 steps and my heart rate shows 137...all day ..even when I am not wearing it.  I've tried syncing it to get it unstuck...no luck.

Hi @Elmer-Phd welcome aboard! Thank you for bringing this to my attention, for sure I can help you with this!

Seems odd that your device is not updating the information that's being tracked. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Ionic following the next steps:

  1. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

I let the battery totally discharge...in essence...reset the ionic...and it
is working now.
These steps on how to restart the ionic are helpful should it happen again.
