Today my Fitbit ionic vibrated once then stopped working (no screen no green light and won’t sync) I tried resetting it a number of times and nothing happened, keep in mind I just charged it fully this morning.
When I got home I plugged it in and tried resetting it and the green light came on and a lit blank screen came up and it synced but the ionic started getting hot after having it plugged in for about three minutes which has never happened before, I immediately unplugged it and now the screen lights up but is blank there is no green light and it will not sync.
I have had my ionic for a couple months and really love it, never had a problem. I rely on it a lot both at work and off, and this was a big investment for me, does anyone have any ideas?

It does not sound well. Contact Support (link in my signature) - it should be under warantee.
